Overview: The injured woman is screaming for her pain severely. Her grief triggers the pain of TIN at heart and recalls his memories of his wife. The wife of TIN dies in a car accident. Apart, a man is trapped in a fire and calls 999 to seek for help. YOUNG receives this emergency call while she is on duty at the control room.
